This is a powerful intent, because as animals we retain the mindset that limitation of resources means that the success of one must come at the expense of others. But, interest is a cosmic principal. The universe expands. We may no longer live in an “empty world,” and the empty world mindset may contribute to our global problems, but our prosperity isn’t similarly conflicted. We can all be prosperous, and further, we can all contribute to the prosperity of others.

Sometimes the difference between a me-first and a win-win situation as a little creativity and patience. Having a good idea is just a first step. The second is to subject the idea to various high standards and see if you can refine it to serve the greater good.
