I am living my passion in life! I go deep within myself and continue the process of self-discovery and self-improvement.

You know exactly what to say and do, to get exactly what you want on the deepest levels. Your divine peace, divine happiness, divine wisdom and divine creativity, flow smoothly and naturally, into your life, with increasing abundance.

I believe that my use of continuous, positive SELF-TALK is a fundamental part of a gradual, long-term process.

I'm no longer afraid to use the power within me to achieve my goals

I am cleansing myself of all negative residues.

Instead of self-flagellations and beatings I will give myself a pat on the back. I will affirm myself, and accept compliments from others.

I release all feelings of guilt and self-blame.

I cleanse myself of any toxicity or disharmonious energy now.

I rethink all negative thoughts about myself and others and change them to positive energy.

I view my weightloss plan as an investment that I know will lead to greater good, to a level of satisfaction with myself and my life that food can never give me.

I can identify my strengths and weaknesses by honest self-evaluation.

I have self-love and I now allow myself to love others

I forgive myself and feel love and forgiveness towards anyone

I have self control.

I present myself in a confident manner.

I make room for myself in my busy schedule

I am responsible for myself

I release self blame for others actions.

I give myself permission to have major fun!

Loving myself heals my life. I nourish my mind, body and soul

I grant myself forgiveness and complete absolution. My energy has now risen above and beyond any errors I may have made in the past.

Positive: Just for today I will be agreeable, not criticise, dress well, not find fault with anything, and not try to improve or regulate anybody but myself.

I know that by first seeing and realizing the divine in myself, I am more able to discover the divine in others and in all things.

Mindful: Just for today I will have a quiet half hour by myself, to focus and relax. During this half hour, I will get a better perspective of my life, through an aware detachment from my senses and thoughts.

I commit myself to treating others with compassion, empathy and respect.

I no longer allow myself to be dragged into the drama of other people.

When I believe in myself, so do others

I take time for myself; I relax and de-stress

When I am around a negative person, I say to myself, "what a shame this person is so unhappy. Maybe some of my positive energy will rub off on her. If not, her unhappiness has nothing to do with me."

When a negative person pushes one of my emotional triggers, I ask myself why this is effecting me so much. When I discover the root and elminate it, thus removing the ability of the negative person to control my emotions anymore.

When I must be in the presence of a negative person, before I arrive, I imagine myself surrounded by a white light of protection and positive energy.

As I free myself from my own fears, my presence automatically helps others to free themselves.

I must first show compassion to myself before I can extend compassion to others.

I remove all blame in my life - both of myself and of others.

Only to the degree that I love and accept myself am I free to love and accept others. And I can only be loved to the degree that I am known. (Dick Innes)

Today l am devoted to Forgiving myself for Believing l could ever do anything wrong

Eating healthfully is easy and fun. I love taking care of myself.

I now allow myself to discover the positive possibilities that are opening up around me.

My present self is very healthy.

My future self is very healthy.

I love all your affirmations, very uplifting. It sounds as though you’re doing a great job at getting healthy and fit. Keep up the good work. You can do it! Believe in yourself and don’t get discouraged. You can do anything you set your mind to.
