I have had to learn the hard way in my life how important it is to consciously give myself positive nourishment in the form of my own self-talk. Discovering the profound healing power of affirmation has been a wonderful and exciting journey through many new ideas and diffrent ways of seeing certian things. It has been the most helpful thing for me in my search for wholeness and completeness. It saved my life and in the end it gave me the power to save someone else’s life - Just by freely offering them some affrimations and new ideas and diffrent ways of seeing certian things. I hope more and more people discover the awesome power of being positive, and ever MORE and MORE positive about BOTH themselves AND others!
