I am immune to guilt. I always judge situations rationally and I calmly act accordingly solely to wise judgement.

I am doing what I need to do

I gain self-respect when I forgive and let go of the past. I am no loger a victim of abuse, treachery, or any other form of negativity.

I Am Accountable for Myself. I must not waste mental energy finding blame in other%u2019s behavior, or in identifying myself as a victim. I have more control over my life than any other person has.
