I am from South East Asia but currently live in the UK. I have been practicing meditation for 19 years. I’ve attended one to two weeks of meditation retreats several times, during which we were silent for two weeks and mindful with our actions at all time. It was a great experience and I wish to share some of my experience in an E-book. This E-book will demonstrate some of the techniques I learned and which I thought would be beneficial others. I am still practicing meditation on daily basis which help me with my demanding job. I am a qualified accountant and currently working in a senior position in a commercial company. I also have a doctorate degree. My ambition is to help more people to learn about meditation, yoga and positive thinking, then to use them as tools to deal with our increasing demanding life both at work and at home.
