I’m generally very happy with my life. I work with the elderly and find my job fulfilling but quite stressful. I would love to be able to work less hours and have more fun time but to do this I have to learn to manage my finances and be less extravagent. I’m also an emotional eater. (upset me and I head straight for the chocolate and the biscuits). I have only recently started using positive affirmations but already feel more empowered Any advice from more experienced bmindful users would be gratefully received.
