I will rid myself of clutter!

Today I use my time wisely

Energy enthusiasm and sparkling health are my birthright I accept these priceless treasures with gratitude knowing that as I give out energy more rushes in

I deserve to have energy enthusiasm and good health I accept all of life's gifts The more energy I use the more I will have This is more like the way I speak and thin

I understand there are only 24 precious hours in each day and I use each one in a productive and efficient manner

Today, I will concentrate on taking one step forward, however small

Today, I have the energy and motivation to take at least one step forward.

I am motivated by moving towards my goals

I can see myself taking dynamic action, in a purposeful, powerful way.

I am a motivated person.

I get things done

Every day, I make at least one step that takes me closer to my goals.

I press on until the goal is reached.

I break the end vision into achievable chunks

I can accomplish anything I set my mind to.

Do it now - success is on the other side

All excess fat and weight drops from my body.

I weigh 145 pounds!

Every day I get closer to my ideal weight

I eat healthy and nutritious foods

I eat only to fuel my body when needed

I will lose weight each day.

I am fit, healthy and attractive.

I definitely have the power within me to lose weight today.
