I`m really hurting - but I`m going to bounce back.

Never let other people's experiences become your reality

Always when I suffer a setback and overcome it, I emerge stronger than before

I relax and I recognize my self-worth.

I remember you cannot be lonely if you like the person you are alone with

I, and I alone, am responsible for my future and for my emotions. No one can make me feel anything unless I let them.

I am now listening carefully to my emotions every moment of every day.

Today I release the pain caused by the hurtful words of others.

I attend to my emotional pain with curiosity, and then change my story to bring me greater happiness.

Through all lifes storms, I stand secure.

This is real, but I can handle it.

I may bend, but I will never break!

When I expect the best results, I will get them.

I am grateful for the way toxic people behave for they show me how not to be. Through their example I am gaining strength.

I am increasing in my super powers of hearing, eyesight, jumping ability, strength, power, muscularity, visiting the otherworld, travelling to and visiting other dimensions!!

I am unsure, but I will ask, recieve and acheive

I don't care what people think, I do things I want to do because I want to do them

I can talk easily and intelligently with anyone

i confidently expect than everything that happens is part of a plan that brings me to my goals

All the things I want and need come to me

I always have myself

I deserve a loving relationship

I choose to be the best type of friend - one you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away, feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

I re-discover the love and excitement my spouse & I experienced when we were dating and bring some of those loving emotions into our present situation.

I feel that what I say is always heard by others. What I have to say is valued and appreciated.

I focus my thoughts on the things that I love about my partner

People like being with me

I attract whatever I desire

My will moves mountains

I trust myself to know what's best for me.

Everything I need comes to me at the perfect time.

I have enough. I do enough. I am enough.

Whatever happens, I'll handle it.

I can because I know I can

I confidently SAY what I think and feel, not what I think other people want to hear.

I FEEL GOOD about myself and speak confidently in front of friends and strangers, dismissing anxiety, nerves and self-awareness.

I am a strong, poised woman. I cannot be moved.

Nothing can rob me of my personal power and perspective. I am not afraid of rage, intimidation, or criticism.

Thank you lord that I am Loved and have value just because I exist not just for what I do

I will let you judge me. I understand, we all have our faults. I will not judge you. I will live an accepting and appreciative life.

I Allow Myself To Be Me and to Express My Emotions in A Safe and Genuine Way As I Know I Am The Only Person To Be Concerned With. Nobody's Judging Me but Myself.

I make an attempt to understand what and who I do not know. Instead of passing judgement, I question with curiosity, with my mind and heart open. I make a positive impact with every interaction. I am accepting. I am loving. I am everyone, everyone is me.

I accept the things I cannot change

I accept what is.

happiness is mine

Today is good! Everything I've learned to now is great. I give thanks for it all.

I trust that all is perfectly well just as it is.

I let whatever happens be OK
