I EXPERIENCE LIFE by paying full attention to one thing at a time (whenever possible).

I pay attention using all of my SENSES, focusing on my body when I need to pay less attention to my thoughts.

I am fully ALIVE and AWAKE in each moment, recognising that what I feel will be different in each moment.

I acknowledge what is happening NOW, not what should be happening.

When my mind wanders from what I am DOING, I bring full attention back to my breathing.

I let my thoughts happen NATURALLY, showing good will and warm curiosity to all of them.

I recognise that THOUGHTS and FEELINGS are passing mental events.

I OBSERVE my thoughts, choosing whether or not to identify with them.

I remember that my EXPLANATIONS of what is happening now are not always fact.

I FEEL GOOD about myself when speaking in front of friends and strangers.

Each day I ACCEPT the things I cannot experience, change the things I can, and learn to know the difference.

I set SMALL GOALS for each day, taking a break when I can to experience the life I am living.

I BREATHE deeply in and out 5 times when I wake up, before I sleep, and often during the day.

I see HAPPINESS as something I feel or do not feel, not something I am searching for.

I BELIEVE in God and thank Him everyday for all that I have in life.

Just a heads up, the reason the numbers in your affirmations keep on dissapearing is because, when you add an affirmation it becomes available to others to add to their list. It isn’t necesarily going to be the same number for them, as it is for you :)
