I am losing a little weight each day.

When I am hungry, I eat.

I am now a lean, strong, and sexy size 6 and I maintain this size effortlessly.

I am a strong, fit, healthy, happy & sexy size 12.

I am closer to a healthy weight every day.

I can distinguish between physical hunger and emotional hunger, and eat only in response to physical hunger.

i am now my ideal weight.

I eat what I want, not what I think I should eat.

I weigh 145 pounds!

I am a healthy, fit, & a happy size 12

I am looking forward to the reward of a slimmer and more energized me.

When I go for a walk, my metabolism increasingly speeds up and I lose body fat quickly and easily.

I am fully aware that know that a well-nourished body is essential to my success in all things. As I nurture my body it take me where I want to go.

I now easily reduce weight and love doing it

All excess fat and weight now drop from my body from the right places!
