I am reading Eat Pray Love at the moment and love 2 mantras in it

Ham-sa – I am that .When i repeat it while focusing on my breathing it is very calming and helps me ground myself in the present ,i stop regretting things in the past and worryimg about things n the future

Om Namah Shivaya – I honour the divinity that resides in me ,this ones definatly going to be made into a cross stich sampler and im going to put it above my headboard so i sleep under those beautiful words love flowergirl
