My energy is strong, and the Universe seems to delight in people who are willing to move away from old, sedentary patterns, and willing to open up all airways, chakras and bodily pathways.

One thing that is fun for me, is that I approach all my runs with the 2-time marathoner mind, that has already been installed in my consciousness. I use this mind to the fullest, to open up doors to greater trail and road races.

One thing that is particularly beautiful for me, is to have simple meals that create slender, feminine lines. My meals are natural, delicate and feminine; my thighs are natural, delicate and feminine.

I look forward to meeting new people through my work. Every new experience I have, is an experience where I become better and more versatile in my job. I am unflappable. Gracious in all circumstances!

Whenever there is an opportunity to go running, in my day, I take it, and enjoy the way my lungs feel. Whenever my day is so full of money-making activities that I plan my next workout for tomorrow, that is fine too! I am an easy and confident runner.
