For my spirit, this experience of the earth realm is such a gorgeous opportunity, and I am guided to release all my love and goodness to the Universe, and I am guided to receive infinite deservingness and light from Source in all its forms.

I fill my own bucket, and notice the things that are beautiful abbout myself. Outward beauty and inward beauty are both fun to notice.

I notice and appreciate the things that are beautiful about others. I notice when other women have pretty eyes, or wear gorgeous silver rings and bracelets. Beauty in others does not threaten me -- I like noticing and complimenting it.

Naturally, easily and effortlessly, I see myself through the eyes of beauty, gentleness and goodness. I know that I am a miraculous, beautiful spirit, and the real me is coming through my Divine Vehicle quite beautifully.

I notice the range of bodies around me, and know that they are all perfectly fine and perfectly acceptable. There are old bodies, arthritic bodies, scarred bodies, and I can sense something of goodness and beauty in those experiences too.
