Keeping in mind, most of who are mindful of their statements use way more than 1 affirmation, I challenge all of us to simply post 1 affirmation a day.

The affirmation you choose doesn’t have to be your main 1 or your best 1 for the day, simply a meaningful one for you. And the goal is to put it in writing  here, because it’s powerful when we do that.

When I have things to do that are out of my comfort zone, I spend great deal of focus on prioritizing and creating ‘baby steps’ to get ‘er done. My feeling with an affirmation like this, my energy/subconscious

will know, feel, be, have what it takes for the follow thru no matter how complex I have led myself to believe something is.
