new★★ Dr. David Hawkins...one

Feel free to post any material you love by Dr. David Hawkins. You already know I love it when we share for ourselves and one another.

Peace(:

What the people in the world actually want is the recognition of who they really are on the highest level, to see that the same Self radiates forth within everyone, heals their feeling of separation, and brings about a feeling of peace. To bring peace and joy to others is the gift of the benevolence of the Presence. (Eye, 91)

thread

All judgment reveals itself to be self-judgment in the end, and when this is understood a larger comprehension of the nature of life takes its place.

With spiritual work, the terms 'is' or 'are' become progressively replaced by the term 'seems to', which is due to the increasing realization of the degree to which perception is the mask that hinders truth.  Dr. David Hawkins...

I Am living a Divine plan

In response to Sacred Care's post:

Awesome thread! I love Dr. Hawkins, and even more so, I love so many of his quotes... and I love how I feel when I hold his quotes in my consciousness... Its like, exhaling and really letting for the first time...

I use Hawkins' map of consciousness everyday. I have it on the "desk top" of both my home  and my work computer. It's like a very powerful compass, or even more, as it absolutely points me in the right direction.

That direction is always in to Love's path!

“Radical Acceptance is the ability to face hardships with greater love and deeper awareness.
Contemplation shapes radical acceptance as a way to choose love and peace over anger and despair.
Begin by finding this within ourselves before helping others.

I Am living a Divine plan

I Am living a Divine plan

Letting go involves being aware of a feeling, letting it come up, staying with
it, and letting it run its course without wanting to make it different or do
anything about it. It means simply to let the feeling be there and to focus on
letting out the energy behind it. The first step is to allow yourself to have the
feeling without resisting it, venting it, fearing it, condemning it, or moralizing
about it. It means to drop judgment and to see that it is just a feeling. The
technique is to be with the feeling and surrender all efforts to modify it in any
way. Let go of wanting to resist the feeling. It is resistance that keeps the
feeling going. When you give up resisting or trying to modify the feeling, it
will shift to the next feeling and be accompanied by a lighter sensation. A
feeling that is not resisted will disappear as the energy behind it dissipates.
As you begin the process, you will notice that you have fear and guilt
over having feelings; there will be resistance to feelings in general. To let
feelings come up, it is easier to let go of the reaction to having the feelings in
the first place. A fear of fear itself is a prime example of this. Let go of the
fear or guilt that you have about the feeling first, and then get into the feeling
itself.
When letting go, ignore all thoughts. Focus on the feeling itself, not on
the thoughts. Thoughts are endless and self-reinforcing, and they only breed
more thoughts. Thoughts are merely rationalizations of the mind to try and
explain the presence of the feeling. The real reason for the feeling is the
accumulated pressure behind the feeling that is forcing it to come up in the
moment. The thoughts or external events are only an excuse made up by the
mind.
As we become more familiar with letting go, it will be noticed that all
negative feelings are associated with our basic fear related to survival and that
all feelings are merely survival programs that the mind believes are necessary.
The letting go technique undoes the programs progressively. Through that
process, the underlying motive behind the feelings becomes more and more
apparent.
To be surrendered means to have no strong emotion about a thing: “It’s
okay if it happens, and it’s okay if it doesn’t.” When we are free, there is a
letting go of attachments. We can enjoy a thing, but we don’t need it for our
happiness. There is progressive diminishing of dependence on anything or
anyone outside of ourselves. These principles are in accord with the basic
teaching of the Buddha to avoid attachment to worldly phenomena, as well as
the basic teaching of Jesus Christ to “be in the world but not of it.

415ae84f1545ff12273de00315c8c433.jpgThe critical response point in the scale of consciousness calibrates at level 200, which is the level associated with integrity and courage. All attitudes, thoughts, feelings, associations...below that level of calibration make a person go weak - those that calibrate higher make subjects go strong. This is the balance point between weak and strong attractors, between negative and positive influence. - Dr. David R. Hawkins

I Am living a Divine plan

Healing ensues from the willingness to accept the power of mind, and the willingness to never allow the mind to say something negative without challenging it and replacing it with a positive thought. The willingness to let go of being judgmental towards oneself and others is the result of letting go of the negative. Why is this so? It is because the energy field of that which we truly are is ever present and gives us an intense sense of aliveness when we let go of the obstacles. It is the energy field of the vibration of life itself that is constantly present. Like the sun, the inner Self is always shining, but because of negative clouds, we do not experience it. It is not necessary to program oneself with the truth; it is only necessary to remove that which is false. The removal of the clouds from the sky to illuminate the negative allows one to experience the energy fields of that which is positive. It is only the removal of the negative that is necessary—the willingness to let go of the habits of negative thinking. The removal of the obstacles to the experiencing of this will result in an increasing sense of aliveness and a joy of one’s own existence. As this joy comes in, first subtly and then more and more strongly, there is a diminished awareness of even the presence of the body, of one’s physicality. Hawkins M.D. Ph.D., David. In response to ♡ ˚I Choose To Feel Joy's post: like the Hawkins quotes

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”

I AGREE WITH THE THEORY GENERALLY caps off speaking, what a person posts is because they need to work on what's being said in the post. Not exactly free of the monkey mind yet myself.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”

the person who has arrived at a habitual state of unconditional love will find anything less to be unacceptable
