My friend Johnb287 you can use the affirmations using subliminals. Download audacity, it’s a programm to edit sound files. Record your voice reading the affirmations you selected. Then lower their level say by -30 db. Finally add a music track. Export all this audio stuff and listen to the exported track. That’s it. Affirmations work!!
