AccidentalNote Responds To Positive Affirmation #5589

2010-02-11 - AccidentalNote Says:

This was the “Affirmation of the Day” a couple of days ago.

I always check for the Affirmation of the Day here on bmindful, just to see what pops up. When I saw this one, I said it 5 times. And immediately I felt tension drain from my temples and my face. Wow. I didn’t even know I was tense!

So I added it to “My Affirmations”. I’ve tried it a few more times and the conclusion is … This one really works. In fact, it’s impossible to say this one 5 times without it working. Amazing! Try it!
