I am the master of my body. I am now open to the idea that everything in the universe is made out of energy, including my body. I now fully realize that my physical body is made out of energy. Energy moves in circular motion and creates a vibration. My body appears solid only because my physical senses register the vibrations of my physical body as solid. I now fully realize that even though my body appears to be solid and unchangeable, it changes all the time in accord with my thoughts, emotions and beliefs. I now understand that energy follows thought. My thoughts are all powerful. That is why I have the power to change my body easily and effortlessly, by holding in my mind the image of the body I desire to have now. My physical body is only a reflection of my thoughts, emotions and beliefs. I now fully realize that my body changes all the time. Every day, new healthy cells are growing in my body, replacing old one – according to the image I hold in my mind. Every day my body is new, recreated according to the image I hold in my mind. I now realize that I have the power to change my body in any way I desire, instantly, because I have the power to choose my thoughts. My body readily responds to my thoughts and desires. My body changes easily and effortlessly in a way that makes me feel very good about myself. My body now takes shape of the beautiful, perfectly healthy body I desire. My life is filled with miracles. My life is wonderful. I am deeply grateful for my life.
