Just a question. If you use this affirmation, might your subconscious say something like: “Hmm… I don’t think other people have forgiven me, so that means that I’m not going to forgive them.”

So perhaps you might want to make this affirmation a bit more succint: “I choose to forgive others.”

Or make it more specific if you are having issues about someone: “I choose to forgive XXXX.” where you XXXXX is the other person’s name.
