In response to meditatingmama’s comment: Hi meditating mama, I like your name. It sounds so interesting. Btw, thanks for the warm welcome and comment on my profile. I just joined this month and haven’t spent much time on this to update my profile and affirmation.

Yes, you’re right I’m working on few areas of my life. I’m just really happy that I saw this site, I am really anticipating for the positive result this site can give me :)

I read your profile, you got interesting life going on. I’ve been always dreaming of having my own business too or maybe something else like this bmindful website. I just really never got time to get it started. I feel like I wasted my time for the last 3 years so I am here just started to work on my goals. I’m working on getting my degree right now and at the same time I’m working full time as a “corporate slave - you said” doing web/database programming - hopefully someday I will be out of being slave. It’s really tough for me so I’m really glad I found this affirmation site, somehow it helps do my work and school efficiently.

Good luck on your goals. A degree isn’t the easiest thing to achieve while working - and living your life (because that in itself has a long list of to-do’s).

You know, everything happens for a reason. I doubt you wasted the last three years of your life. You were just preparing for your change - and that isn’t a waste. I was at a miserable job for 2 LONG years - only to get laid off when they shut down. I thought I wasted my time…it turns out that the universe was just preparing me for a life changing event that would create the life I always dreamed of having, but never had the courage (until then) to try.

Best of luck in all your endeavors. I look forward to seeing your around this site!! Mary
