In order to be able to love others and to be able to be happy, it is absolutely essential that you love yourself completely and unconditionally, just as you are, right now. Now that I finally love myself completely, I am amazed at the incredible change it has made in my life. Some books that have truly helped me are “True Love”, and “Peace Is Every Step” by Thich Nhat Hanh, and “The Mastery of Love” by Don Miguel Ruiz.
Life should be all about Love! Love brings compassion, understanding, peace, fulfillment, joy, miracles, freedom, everything!.

Kreia, I luv your testimony on how your life has changed for the better since you’ve learned to luv yourself. So many of us have such a hard time even accepting ourselves, never mind loving ourselves. I’m wondering the steps you took and the amount of time it took you to start really loving yourself. Would you be so kind as to share your steps taken?

Kreia, I love your affirmations and I borrowed one from you. You will absolutely love this site! There are days when I’m not 100%, but after I visit here, everything seems to improve. Health is a major issue of mine, so each day I start my day with reading positive affirmations and watching videos that I have downloaded that make you feel great. It’s great having you here! By the way, I’m originally from Utah!
