I am a Healing Touch Practitioner and Retired Massage Therapist.

I changed my focus a few years back with the diagnosis of cancer. Still waking up on the green side of the grass every day keeps me both humble and grateful.

I have been around bMindful since 2008, have bounced in and out from time to time. I recently decided I needed to be more mindful so I came back! I hope this will be one of the things that gets my energy back in a beneficial direction. It would make me immeasurably grateful!

Gentle meditation gives me continuous forward moving insights.

I feel vibrantly alive and healthy now

Everything I touch returns riches to me.

I am healthy, attractive and loveable

I am filled with energy to do all the daily activities in my life.

I manifest perfect health and strength.

I am thankful that my blessed ancestors live on through me.

I will be mindful of my own well being when I am tending to the needs of others.

I honor my wife and lovingly support all her efforts.

I am not my thoughts I am the light of God

I embrace my spiritual body and enjoy the power it provides me

I do what is required to maintain my spiritual, emotional and physical health because I care about those around me.

I am still and listen to the wisdom from within

I hear the voice of god when I am still

I use Brugh Joy`s Chakra Balancing method daily to manage my own energy

I practice being quiet and listening daily

I meditate in order to hold a sacred space where I can re-charge.

I set goals that stretch my ability and meet them on time.

I meet my goals with no exceptions.

I have enough energy to support my family's energetic needs and to bring balance to their energetic bodies.

I approach healing with unconditional love while holding an intention for healing and my client`s greatest good.

Time spent with my family re-charges me!

I turn to purposeful breathing to manage stress of any kind. I find it extremely beneficial.

I find my yoga exercises fulfilling and beneficial, leading to greater flexibility and an overall reduction in general achenes.

I hear the music of life, the sounds of nature, and am filled with joy and the love of a supreme being I call God!

My essential oils give me great comfort,and vibrationally help balance my field.

I am aware of stressful situations in my life and take immediate action to mitigate their effect with deep breathing, concentrating on my breaths and letting go of the stressor

I find it easy to meet people and can easily talk about energy healing.

I remember everything I read

I find it easy and rewarding to walk, to commune with Nature, and to enjoy the sunshine

I allow the integrity of the universe to illustrate my life mission to me, and I find it easy and rewarding to follow that path.

Today I am allowing the process of centering to continue to quiet my mind and my heart, preparing for a seed of wisdom to be planted by Source.

I will be still, breathe deeply, center myself by looking inside and enjoy God's creation which is Me!

I am aware of the Hand Of God in all that I do.

I am see God`s grace each day in the eyes of my family.

I AM living MY LIFE PURPOSE!!!

I accept what is.

I cross all bridges with joy and ease. The old unfolds into wonderful new experiences. My life gets better all the time.

I will let you judge me. I understand, we all have our faults. I will not judge you. I will live an accepting and appreciative life.

I deserve and accept into my life all that is positive and helpful.

I am grateful for the ability and opportunity to be empathetic to other`s condition.

I use my breath to increase my awareness of self. Conscious breathing brings peace and contentment.

I awake early enough to allocate time for meditation which rejuvenates me and restores my spirit.

I take time to slow a bit and enjoy each day`s gifts which enrich me.

I have all the time I need to Meditate in order to Be Here Now!

I take the time I need to reinforce my own balance every day.

I am capable of success in anything I put my mind to.

God is a blessing to me and I in return am a blessing to others.

I love these affirmations. Do you read a lot of books? The reason I ask is the affirmation about sending positive vibrations out to the world for the universe to respond. I wholeheartedly believe it works!! I like to keep up on books written about these kinds of ideas. So, any suggestions are welcome!!

Hi Bruce, I just checked out your web site(s). Very cool ideas. I had some trouble opening some things up-think it’s this computer. This computer is a loaner;mine is getting fixed.

I don’t think I’ve seen many be so open on a web site. It’s a great addition. You had mentioned, something about Now training. What is that about? Talk to you soon.
