I like to work out

I choose to work out everyday and have a kick-ass body!

My body is getting stronger, slimmer, and healthier every day.

I love eating vegetables!

I eat only to fuel my body when hungry.

I weigh 140lbs and I look and feel wonderful

Being grateful makes me feel more positive.

I give thanks and choose to be happy

I am so profoundly thankful for all of my many true blessings, and EVEN for the difficulties in my life.

I am grateful for all that I experience in this lifetime

If I notice myself feeling anxious or depressed, I use positive, uplifting words to raise my energy.

I have the energy, determination and desire to exercise daily

My energy is growing.

I am an energy sponge

energy flows through my veins

Energy follows focus

I will rid myself of clutter!

Today I use my time wisely

I will make all decisions within 60 seconds

I will gain emotional strength each day.

My thoughts and beliefs are the lens through which I view the world. If I identify and dissolve beliefs that hold me back, then my world becomes filled with unlimited possibilities.

I have extremely clear recall for great memories

I hold my attention on the thoughts which serve me and release those that do not.

My thoughts are the seeds I plant in my mind!

Starting now, my life is better. I give myself permission to dismiss any mistake I've made.

I easily let go of all old thoughts that no longer serve me in a positive way.

I am enjoying daily exercise now.
