I am a very happily married woman with a 14 year old son!! My life has been good so far and I know its going to get even better and better with each passing day. I have always been a positive thinker, love doing meditations, am a spiritual person with a passion for fitness - of the body and soul!! I am happy to have found this website coz I have immense faith in Affirmations and I have always used them, unknowingly before, to achieve everything in Life.

Hi Juhi, I can see that you are passionate about health and fitness by your affirmations. I recently created two ANIMATIONS (.gifs) for fitness that you might like…they are free to copy and paste from my personal website.
Once there you will find one of these animations in ‘TV Room 1’, its the ‘I love exercise it makes me feel great’ image;
the other fitness animation is in ‘The Gallery Room’ , (its the image of the girl walking across a gallery with fitness pictures in the background’. I hope you like them or find them useful.
