There is kindness and goodness in the runner's heart. I have energy. I feel healthy and relaxed. What's not to like?!?

My favorite thing, is that I am a road runner, and I am just putting miles on my legs. I can get creative when I want to, about pretty things to wear while running, and ways to mix it up, when I want a bit of change. I am good at training myself!

I am determined to make exercise and healthy eating my daily lifestyle.

Exercise is my sculptor and helps me sculpt the body of my dreams

I effortlessly stay on track.

I am in the best shape of my life because I enjoy exercising everyday.

Daily exercise makes me feel fantastic!

The fitter I become, the more energy I have!

I look and feel fit and athletic

I am fit, healthy and VERY attractive!

I have a very high efficient working metabolism. I lose weight every week with ease. I lose a minimum of 2 lbs a week or more, every week.

It feels good to move my body - exercise is fun!

I own a very Strong, Ripped and Healthy body

Working out feels great. It gives me energy and lifts my mood.
