Whenever an opportunity arises, I like to encourage other women to feel comfortable and confident about who they are.

I connect freely to kind and intelligent women. There are no barriers or obstacles in age, income, background or circumstances. I just connect to people who have something to offer, and this is incredibbly smart of me.

My butt and breasts are full, supple, incrediblely perky, and round

I allow people to come into my life, with no hurries and absolutely no anxieties. I allow people to pass out of my life, too, peacefully and comfortably.

The real me likes to extend kindness and affection to people I may never directly know in this lifetime.

There is not a force on this planet that can make me feel bad about myself, if I don't want to feel bad about myself. Nobody dictates my feelings -- I am fully free!

I am completely free to widen my circle of kindness and affection -- the universe is supporting me.

Nobody gives me permission to be this way. I give MYSELF permission to be this way.

I honor bodies that are voluptuous, and I honor bodies that are more average. There are many different kinds of experiences to have in a human body, and they are all very good.

I think that self liking and body acceptance are really amazing and awesome things to practice, so I DO practice them.

I like my appearance, including the imperfections, because imperfectionsmake a person human and approachable. It's good to be human and approachable, so I'm never striving for perfection in my body.

My body is extremely comfortable, now and always, eternally so, infinitely easily so, infinitely effortlessly so, infinitely blissfully, infinitely euphorically, infinitely wonderfully, infinitely obviously, with phenomenal increasing power and magnitude!

People notice me, just because I am vibrant and warm.

I like to draw interesting people into my circle of acquaintance, and put them at ease.

Today was a well-done day, and tomorrow will only be better better better. I Am allowing my perfect night sleep which rejuvenates my mind, body and spirit.

It is now safe for me to be fully in my body. It is saafe for me to walk in a space of comfort and beauty.

I have a sense of who I choose to be in this lifetime, and I enjoy letting that unfold. I am the greatest gift I could ever give to others.

I see people who are somewhat stigmatized in this lifetime, and I honor the choices their soul has made, to experience life in that way, and to access opportunities through those experiences.

I have easy and unlimited access to feelings of being pretty just as I am, and feelings of ease in my body's sexuality, just as it is.

I speak clearly and use my voice powerfully. I sometimes use gentle words, but my voice is quite strong.

I like my body as a visual medium -- clothing is a fun form of self-expression for me.

I am free of any desire to eat foods that have a negative impact on my health or well being

I deserve abundant acquaintances and friendships.

I am lovely and quite easy to bbe around.

I allow other women to meet me, know me and support me in my journey through life.

I feel an alliance with and an allegiance toward women who deal with body issues, and this is an important part of why I'm here.

It can be very hard to experience liffe in a body that is sometimes dishonored by society, so I say these littlle prayers often, honoring people and their bodies.

It is now safe for me to love the person I have become, and to love the people around me as well.

Dance is a really comfortable form of self-expression for me.

The real me connects to many people on the earthly plane.

There is nothing that divides me from women with outward appearance different from mine -- I understand the human experience of all kinds of people, and I enjoy people both similar and dissimilar to me in outward circumstances.

Sometimes it is just fun to make out with someone who likes to caress my hips and run their fingers through my hair. I think this can be fun to do, when the opportunities arise.

My body feels and looks extremely amazing after lobor and delivery

I receive the answers to my questions with clarity during my sleep embedded in beautiful vivid color dreams.

My self-image is completely of my own choosing. I can see myself as a being of quiet beauty, if that feels good to me today.

Thank you for this awesome life that You have given me eyes to see, and to be a Powerful Spark of a spirit to connect with it.

I am comfortable being singled out for attention, socially or professionally.

The universe seems to support and encourage my decisions, so I become stronger and more confident over time.

I am a magnet for loving affection and cameraderie.

I connect with other people quite easily, just because I like people and am comfortable with myself.

I offer people affection, from near or far, for no particular reason.

Friendships and acquaintances are happening for me, in amounts that feel comfortable and very pleasant.

It is safe for me to eat the way I want to eat, and exercise if and when i want to exercisee.

I attract kind and intelligent people into my life.
