I am a REALLY nice bloke.

I always wanted to be really tall… it worked… now 6’3”

I rate myself as “7/10” on a happiness scale most days.

If I meditate 10mins: “8/10” for the next 6 hours.

If I meditate 30mins: “9/10” for the next 24 hours.

I think affirmations need to have an emotional switch, be in the affirmative, be in the now, & be reviewed daily.
