Author of forthcoming book, Nurture Your Self First for a Change: Gentle Steps in Personal and Planetary Transformation. I share a fulfilling life with my husband, two greyhounds and two cats, and enjoy doing inspirational speaking and writing to help people, primarily women, learn to take better care of themselves so they have more self-compassion, resilience and access to their heart-centered wisdom. As each of us learns to nurture our Self first, we naturally influence others and create a culture change to a world of living love.
I do my best to have fun with my life, from riding our lawn mower to walking our dogs and taking karate classes again after a thirty plus year break. After all these years I am still a work in progress! But I enjoy sharing with others.
Over the years I have done social work, psychotherapy, publicity and marketing, consulting, coaching and teaching psychology and a number of personal growth workshops.
