HI Martha, I hope you create and attract the affirmations you need at the moment. May I suggest that “I am debt free” actually is an affirmation to focus on debt rather than a cash surplus. try “I naturally gravitate to large surpluses of cash and fortune”. The mentality changes when you focus on cash surplus rather than debt.

Hi Martha, You’re welcome and I Thank you for your comments. i agree with Peter in regards to using an affirmation to focus on cash surplus instead of debt. Maybe, as a suggestion, you place an exact dollar amount to your affirmation. This will send out the “vibration” to the universe for a SPECIFIC amount of money, or goal, thus not generalizing such requests where the universe will send you what it considers to be a cash surplus. The universe ( and I have no idea if you believe in the law of attraction..but if you do )does not know good from bad..right from wrong. Heres an excellent example that I experienced myself in late Sept. 2008. I’d been wishing to be able to get away from my wife and our home (we’re only married 2 years) because I felt I had been adding too much stress to her life which resulted in a mental eating disorder for the second consecutive summer. Without extra money or anyplace I could go for a couple of weeks, I was just repeating to myself that I wish I could get away for a while. I was thinking this, to myself, with extreme emotion and feeling..I really and truly desired this. Out of nowhere, one Saturday morning , I awoke and could barely move my right leg to get out of bed. Once I did get out, I could not put ANY pressure on that leg without excrutiating pain. Result: A one week stay in the hospital, away from home and with my wife only visiting a couple hours daily. It never was fully diagnosed, though the best guess was a pinched nerve on the side of my hip, near the leg. Many truck drivers get this from sitting long hours driving. I am at the computer for many hours at a time. Once I realized this is what I received from the universe in answer to my thoughts (vibrations) I decided I’d rather be home with my wife and the very next day, I began to experience less pain when I moved my leg. Two days later, I was home and WALKING without the aid of anything. Lesson learned: Be very specific as to want you really desire and ask for. Sorry for such a long post..I just wanted to share… Have a wonderful holiday season!
