I listen to my body and it tells me the types of food it needs

I am a conscious eater

i enjoy cleaning and tidying my house :)

I am happy and proud living a clean lifestyle.

My affirmations work amazingly well - and fast - now that my mind is totally clean.

my house is always clean and neat

I let go of inmpatience and anxiety.

I now have a wonderful career and i love going to work.

I now structure my career and activities around my gifts and passions in life.

I am delighted to be using my talents and abilities in my ideal career position!

I will only eat conciously

I lose five pounds of fat every week effortlessly!

I eat like a thin person.

I choose to make positive, healthy choices for myself.

My body is transforming, reshaping and remoulding itself into a stronger, slimmer, more beautiful me.

I can distinguish between physical hunger and emotional hunger, and eat only in response to physical hunger.

Body fat and Calories are melting off me like ice in the hot summer sun.

Today, I will concentrate on taking one step forward, however small

My metabolism is automatically adjusted to support my weight loss goal.

I love losing weight when I drink a lot less.

My true positive, fun, kind self is coming forward now that I drink less.

I am so proud of my effort to drink less alcohol. I am totally amazing.

Drinking less alcohol is having a positive impact on every area of my whole life.

My body and mind get stronger each time I say No to alcohol

Uncluttered wirh alcohol & chemicals, my mind is sharoer than ever, and I am more effective at everything I do.
