Each day I choose to see things from the most optimistic perspective.

All is well and so am I.

Out of this situation only good will come. I am safe.

I gratefully accept all the good I have in my life now.

I release all drama from my life and now get energy from peace.

I believe in the powerful force of positive affirmations

I eagerly look forward to the future.

I constantly have new insights. My future is glorious.

I am quite capable of learning new ideas and grasping new concepts.

I feel the excitement and thrill of being alive today.

Divine peace and love surround me and dwell in me. I trust the process of life.

I love myself exactly as I am.

All of my friends understand my needs. I have many friends who love me.

My body wants to be active and healthy. Exercise is fun for me.
