This too shall pass

My body is healthier and stronger everyday

My Immune system is strong and Healthy.

My sleep is restful and rejuvenating

My mind expects health, my body experiences it.

I am a grounded person.

I wake up each and every morning refreshed and renewed.

I am totally relaxed and I surrender to deep replenishing sleep

When I sleep, my mind is at peace and the healing powers within my body are magnified.

My experiences made me a stronger person.

Every day I am getting stronger in body and clearer in mind

Through all lifes storms, I stand secure.
