I was blessed once with the introduction to an angel, she was disquised as someone was really good at her job which was mindful therapy & spiritual healing. She made you feel better just to be near her, her voice soothing the worst moments ever, and her hugs so powerful…let’s just say, they could be sold as an OTC pain-reliever should we learn how to bottle them. I was a better person for having been in her presence, but to spend time with her was a true gift from above. This person introduced me to the wonder that is Mindfulness, and although I lost that knowledge I had gained with our sessions I hope to reclaim some of that peacefulness here and perhaps make her proud. I owe her and myself, nothing less.
