The universe seems to support and encourage my decisions, so I become stronger and more confident over time.

i have a nice toned body

I offer people affection, from near or far, for no particular reason.

I am comfortable and relaxed around anyone. It comes naturally to me, to connect with people who seem especially intelligent or especially spiritual.

My body works hard to be beautiful for me, and I'm very appreciative of that.

I have a lot of time -- certainly I choosee to spend some of that time moving and stretching my body.

I notice and appreciate the things that are beautiful about others. I notice when other women have pretty eyes, or wear gorgeous silver rings and bracelets. Beauty in others does not threaten me -- I like noticing and complimenting it.

The universe gives us permission to be exactly the way we are, and exactly the person we wish to be.

I feel a gentle kindness and affection toward others, and this is something I like about myself.

I like who I am on the inside, and see that reflected in the image I present to the outside world. I am confident and comfortable with who I am.

I hold an inner confidence and strength, and feel very little need for anyone to validate me or approve of me.

I feel quite a kindness in my spirit, and that kindness has no particular agenda, and no particular battles to fight.

I can see myself being connected to a larger circle of people, if I wish to be.

I affirm the power of my mind to create an answer for any problem I face. I know the higher mind comes from God and carries all knowledge and truth within it.

Every day, an aura of welcoming and kindness swirls around me and hovers in my midst. People sometimes seem to like me before I've ever opened my mouth.

Fun experiences are always available to me. These seem to just land at my feet some days.

I nurture and care for my body

I love and respect my body.

My body is amazing! I am so thankful for the process and the money that got me here!

I am the perfect healthy weight, and it feels great!

I am extremely flexible physically, like a cat

My body is the 'body electric' - timeless, tireless, birthless, and deathless.

I Love Pampering My Body.

I feel a growing gratitude and confidence in my health and happiness.

I AM highly inspired, encouraged, motivated, and energized with the faith, love, and wisdom necessary for me to be kind to my self.

I stop eating when I am satisfied; about 80% full.

I eat only when my stomach is empty or growles

I affirm I am a being of light, living in the present moment as part of the divine flow that animates my spirit and fortifies my soul.

I am in peak physical shape, with strength and a physique that could win awards in fitness competitions!

I am thankful for my body moving with ease

I am not a human being having a spiritual experience, I am not even a spiritual being having a human expereince, I am a spiritual being having a spiritual experience!

My posture is elongated

My arms are solid muscle, toned, sleek and strong

My body is in extremely perfect condition before, during and after pregnancy

I listen to my body.

I no longer bite or pick my nails or cuticles

I care about my body and I look after it very well!

I make choices that are in line with what my body wants

I affirm the strength of God working in me in every challenge of my life. I know everything is for my good. I rejoice and celebrate my life.

I am taller and skinnier now than ever, and my face is radiant
