I live in Southern Utah where I am an aerobics teacher at an exclusive 55 and over actvie lifestyle community. One of my favorite clases I teach is called “Zen”. It is a combination of breathing techniques, yoga, and relaxation. After each class I give my students a positive affirmation. I also enjoy hiking, biking and taking in the beautiful scenery of the area. We get millions of visitors every year who enjoy the many facets of recreation this area has to offer from golfing, boating, riding ATV’s, hiking, and enjoying the abundant sunshine.
