I’m 43. Like many people I have been through lots of stuff in my life some of it incredibly positive, other stuff not so good! I have two wonderful sons who are almost grown up now and who I have a great connection with - this is something I feel great about! Some days I struggle to be positive but I’m working on it! Affirmations have helped me with many things in my life from getting my drivers license to getting a job. Sometimes I forget to use them but when I do they work and I find that comforting…
