I am Lorena, 34 years old. I had panic attacks from 2003 to 2008 when the symptoms dissappeared, although I didn´t feel well enough. In 2009 I was diagnosed GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), although now I believe I´ve had it since I was born! I am psychology and had always had a wonderful life, this disorders made me feel worse about me as a person and as a mental health professional. One of the tools I used for getting better coping with anxiety is the possitive afirmations, and having found them here is a blessing to me! Thank you!
