I am a lean, mean, fat burning, muscle building machine.

With every deep breath I take, my body is burning fat and creating massive energy, health, and vitality.

I am now losing fat and weight no matter what I do.

Losing body fat is easy and effortless for me.

My metabolism melts fat away.

I'm so happy I now weigh 70 kilograms with 22% body fat and my body is so toned and sexy!
