I live in Central Victoria in a rural environment. I have recently returned to work as an educational professional, and when I am not working I care for my partner, who was diagnosed with a chronic disease 18 months ago. Bmindful affirmations were a catalyst for change for me. I am keen to talk with others who have experienced the same.
