We all need to be fully alive and awakened on the inside, where our hope is. We need to listen, and check our self, and be aware of our HOPE barometer… and manage the existence of our internal energy…

I love what you've been able to pull off for me. We can work a full day, and enjoy what follows. Age truly is just a number. I love how I've learned to work with you to figure out my peak times for things that matter. You've also shown me when I need to rest, meditate, let go, have good foods that are right for me. You have had patience for me to get back into a better work out routine. I know you want me to do what it takes so I have more of you. Life needs me, and I do my best stuff when you are vibrating with love... and superb health. Keep talking to me so I know what to do next for myself and so I can be a good-giver to people in my path.
