Anything that anyone gives attention to, becomes true

We can benefit by learning to “observe the thinker”. We, you and I, are not our thoughts, we are the awareness of those thoughts. A lot of folks don’t know the difference. Realize that thoughts arise continuously, but, we don’t have to follow all of them. We can get better at choosing which ones to follow or stay with and which ones to let go. We will naturally become more peaceful when we learn to step back and observe our thoughts. For me, peacefulness is the state we should learn to really appreciate. A sort of happy/peaceful state. Moments of joy are wonderful, and maybe some folks can maintain continuous joy, but, to me, a pleasant and peaceful state is more natural state. Calm, fluid, ready, aware – those words come to mind. We can consciously chose many of the things we want to think about if we want to. We can devote time to thinking itself. Thinking with purpose.

All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.

I’m Alright
Life Less Ordinary

Usually people tend to resonate with a specific faith
or doctrine, and some resonate with several faiths equally.
The way I was wired,I resonate with many different teachers,or philosophies.
I would say I’m inclusive in the sense that,
I don’t find it necessary to exclude a particular doctrine because I resonate
with some other faith or many seemingly different faith’s.

Once you get to know Twain, you’ll never be the same.

Today I am allowing a great day...

In this moment... that is what I feel for sure!
