★TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOUR BODY

Take great care of your body Why? because this is all about you creating the life you REALLY want, and that life includes you being fit and healthy and loving being in your body. Isn’t that true.

Take great care of your body, also because doing so will more easily allow you to feel good feelings more of the time, and it’s your feelings that are determining what is coming into or staying in your lives.

Now, if your present physical body is not so ideal you need’nt be the slightest bit uncomfortable about it, in fact, being uncomfortable in your present body will only tend to perpetuate it remaining in less than ideal condition. Consider this carefully. For example, if you tell someone they are stupid enough times, they will begin to do stupid things. Dislike and criticize your body and it will too mirror your negativity. To have the body you want you need to instead love and praise and appreciate it unconditionally. Do you get this?

If you are disliking your body, or any part of it, change your mind. Let go of negative ideas you have of it because such thinking seperates you from the good you want. Instead, do what it REALLY takes to make your body into the one you really want.

Imagine the body you really want. Imagine having it, and FEELING very good in it. Imagine your ideal body – wonderful and healthy – and imagine moving it, and how wonderful it feels to move around in this wonderful body. Imagine having the body you really want and how it feels to be in that body, and get so good at feeling how good it feels to be in that wonderful body that you KNOW the feelings.

When you start to EMBODY good and wonderful feelings about your body, your body also ‘gets the message’ It will start to cooperate with the new, wonderful ideas and feelings you have about it and go to work to become the body you are imagining and feeling in your new and wonderful ways.

As you get good at feeling good in your body you will find that you walk and move differently. You may find yourself walking taller, more fluidly, more elegantly. Your good feelings will draw to it more good feelings. You may find yourself wanting to dance or stretch more often, or do tai chi or exercise, or take up a sport where you get to take your body out to play. Why? It’s just your body responding to the better feeling thoughts you have about it.

Now, of course, this ‘method’ will also work in your circumstances, your finances and every other area of your life, the more you will find yourself and those conditions reflecting back to you your better feeling thoughts.

Practise feeling good. It is the key to the life you want.
