HOW DO YOU FEEL

Anything that anyone gives attention to, becomes true

How do you feel,has something to do with how do you think.
For instance if I can acknowledge to myself a fear or a negative thought
I can then sort out that fear when I feel Iam ready to process the
issue,having the insight and thought (this issue is something I will
transcend or get beyond next month or next year it doesn’t have to
overwhelm me or make this moment be perceived as hopeless.
