★My Daily Commitment to myself

Everyday I will:

1. I will thank God for waking me
2. I will say a prayer of thanks & Blessings for others
3. I will rise my arms in praise
4. I will do 50 to 100 crunches
5. I will do 50 to 100 squats

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.

Beautiful Sarah! Are things working out for you?
Kind regards,
Matt

I do take this step this afternoon to commit to oneself a life filled with:

a. confidence
b. love
c. security
d. happiness

1. I will think about my relationship with my child – what all I want to do with my baby from the moment my baby is in this world

2. Spend ten mins everyday before sleeping reading my list of positive affirmations about birthing and life in general

3. I have to get back to being in contact with oneself at the end of the day.

4. I will get back to prayers every night and morning- the two minute prayer to GOD

Thanks sarahsmile ,

every day I will commit to :

being grateful

living in the present

meditating

tidying/decluttering at least one thing .

Love and peace ,Flowergirl

while I was looking through a pile of old jeans ( going to make patchwork bo/ho bags ) I found an old journal where I had started writing out affirmations daily .

As I was reading them I felt that same calm / optimistic feeling that I felt when I wrote them about 2 years ago .

I’m adding to my daily commitment list to copy out one or more affirmation .

Time to renew my commitments

I relate to that thought …when some of my affirmations are not within eye-range( and I come across some I hadn’t seen in awhile(:

And …I too have revisited my affirmations… Like many of us we have many, and can create or locate more as needed (:

1. My commitment to myself is to keep surrounding myself with the affirmations of my choosing…in wonderfully creative ways that speak to my spirit and allow it the joy I deserve & it always brings(:

2. Create a new beautiful affirmation notebook/scrapbook of sorts with a system… I will take my time with it…because creating this little ledger- alone will be something I look forward to doing(: [Over the years have come up with quite a few systems/ways to explore affirmations …and love the suggestions others have offered on the site!!] (-:

3. Looking forward to see what I come up Now.

Thanks for creating this thread, thanks everyone for sharing on this thread & everywhere you share around here(: Inspiration-city(:
