★Food You'd Like To Keep Handy

Food journals are great! Choose a food you tell yourself would be great to be stocked up on.

To keep it simple…this thread will be whatever it turns out to be…because after all we are focusing on ourselves & in turn someone somewhere at sometime may receive something they need as well.

Great idea ,starting mine on monday ,already got a lovely journal and coloured pens ,im so motivated to eat healthy ,love flowergirl

I eat a kiwi everyday :)

I eat up to 3 other fruits daily. I also consume either a yogurt or a smoothie with fruit daily.

I eat salad greens for lunch daily. since discovering wraps I put a twist on the salad and dip the wrap :)

I also make up to one or two green veggies for dinner when I cook.

Laurie , thank you for the great info provided in the links you shared.

I realize kiwi are expensive but since committing myself to making healthier food choices I decided that because I love them I can always afford them. I will often consume items that I am not necessarily fond of but choose based on their health benefit. Bananas being one example.

I also add plenty of other fresh veggies to my salads and salad wraps.

I’ve never heard of hemp milk but do drink soy as well as regular skim milk.
