★Triggers for Affirmations

I would like to share this with everybody and ask if anybody else has been using any kind of triggers for their affirmations in order to make it easier to remember them and also affirm it automatically everyday when that event or trigger happens. Here is my experience.

For the past 2 weeks I have been using triggers for my affirmations. I have about 8-10 affirmations that I like to go over everyday. What I do is I would suggest my mind to repeat an affirmation every time a specific action happens or I hear a word or I see a color or an image. It has actually helped me a lot because now it is easier for me to remind myself of my affirmations when ever I see a particular color or I do something that I have attached my affirmation with.
