I was needing to work on my house … a project, that needed my focus for a particular time frame.
I was resistant and feeling less than joyful.
I then identified it was the time crunch I found less than appealing…and my recent loss.
So I needed to accept… oh yeah I know …acceptance doesn’t mean we have to like it…
Nope, that wasn’t helping this time.
Okay…so what was missing…For me, it was the obvious the person who much included.
So why must I not include the energy of what I do without the joy of that person.
I need not separate myself from that joy.
Today I remember the things we both wanted and loved and bring my ideal desires for the dreams we were both wanting for our hone.
There I did it!

To me, this is sooo

saying I am opening any door to misfortune.

This passage says... I am not resisting life. I'm inviting life.

With faith, positivity and feeling what is... inside me... I can keep on going.

Moments are not unrealistically heightened.

They (the moments) will feel the spirit of yes, to keep on going.

Even in moments,when something has convinced me that parts of me are paralyzed...
I know from experience... I am not really. I know what to do... to know I Am doing all I can.
We all do.
Go to that place inside that is never broken, and

So I can offer something more -to my daily interactions-that would've never been there before.

Today I focus on food being the medicine for living
Today I prepare for the day as though the great things I do matter, and they do.
Today, I do things with ease because ease allows more peace and stillness to hear my inner being and to be in better touch with my Creator.

Today I go from 1 inspired action to another, and get things done that have felt like they were not being accomplished enough or at all. Today I appreciate all of my thoughts, feelings and actions. I'm inviting life to be its very best.
