Coping With Grief: 5 Lessons Learned From DeathLaw of Attraction

1. Be Grateful

2. Let Nothing Go Unsaid

One of the biggest regrets of those who lose somebody to death is that they never said what they needed to say when they had the chance.

Whether you are angry at the person that you love, have unresolved issues, need their forgiveness or forget to tell them exactly how much you love them, make sure you say it today. You never know when you may lose the opportunity to do so.

3. Tomorrow Is Not Guaranteed

4. Be True To Yourself

5. Life Does Go On

God View: How I view God?

I view the G-d of my understanding to exceed my understanding in only the most benevolent ways.

Life View:  How I view Life in General?

I view life as something to be respected to find joy and be joy and help ourselves and our fellow person.

Level:  Level of Consciousness

“I am centered and calm. Information flows to me.”

“I understand what is needed. I know what I need to do.”

“My focus is clear. My attention flows to one thing at a time.”

“I focus on this task only. This task is easy.”

“I take joy in doing one thing at a time.”

“Clarity”

“Focus”

Process:  What I’m working on…where my life is going.
My life is in the Lord’s Hands. I am trusting

I am sorry for your loss.

I hope that your faith, your family and the beautiful circle of love that you both built will carry forward and will lift you up when you need a loving lift.

Contemplation shapes radical acceptance as a way to choose love and peace over anger and despair.
Begin by finding this within ourselves before helping others.

LOVE THAT QUOTE!!

When something is true, in a meaningful measure, it is beautiful to be free to pivot,  and look at something with new eyes, new understanding, and new beauty, new freedom....
