★Songs of Remembrance

Losing someone close is painful, and like it or not we all lose people. Here are some songs that may touch you deeply in many ways and help you through such times. Music is about as close to true magic as anything I can think of. I know of no other art form that can move the soul as quickly and profoundly. We can use it to celebrate those we loved and lost and release the tears of pain and turn them into tears of joy.

All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.

Wonderful version of Somewhere over the rainbow and a plethora of songs that remind me of my late father. This thread was at the right time for me.
We must be on a similar journey….

Thankyou also for ‘Gotta be’ – again so right for me, like my father speaking words of wisdom to me. Reminds me of a confused and lonely time that I fought through! I have much gratitude today!.
