I took Yoga many, many years ago. I remember that I felt so great after class – so relaxed. I think it would be quite a great physical addition to your current spiritual path. I cannot go upside down now a days due to an inner ear thing, so for me, Tai Chi has been recommended. I hope to find a class once I get relocated. I now live where there is a lotta nuttin and it’s charm has faded. I want to get back to civilization and boogie! Oh Yeah, Boogie Jan
hi Jan and thanks – we should swap homes i would love to live amongst a lotta nuttin ,our town is full of clubs .Need to bump up excersise and relaxation as bp is sky high ,love flowergirl
I took two kinds of yoga at our local YMCA. My favorite was Kundalini Yoga. That focused a lot on breath. Great yogi – probably made all the difference. I learned also Hawtha Yoga – nice positions, wonderful relaxation. That one had the most impact on my body – toning and strengthening muscles.
I don’t go to the YMCA anymore and moved on to another health club, but they are into Yoga that is more for show than peace. It is still nice, but I sure do miss my Kundalini!! Oh, the gong, it could transport me to another place….
I hope you have fun learning. It is definitely a wonderful addition to your life!!
I am living in many dimensions at once; the appearance of being trapped in time and space is only an illusion.
